At OZ Study Desks, we want to ensure your home office setup is perfect. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for all unused furniture in its original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive your Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble the desk and pack it securely in its original box, ensuring all hardware and assembly manuals are included.

• 3.
  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
